While most people are busy snuggling by the fire or building snowmen during the cold winter months, there’s still work to get done in the vineyard. From February to March we’re busy pruning each and every vine and preparing for spring bud break and planting. If the vines aren’t pruned properly, you’ll see the effects in the fall at harvest.
